During the 2017 Annual Scientific Conference ACSEP President Dr Adam Castricum led a Culture and Values session to explore the values that define the ACSEP culture. Based on participation during this session more than 20 values were put forward by the membership. Across several months this number was decreased through three surveys, with the membership voting on a final five values to embody the culture of the ACSEP in May 2017.
The following values define the College in all that it aims to achieve, and exemplifies the culture that all members and staff strive to foster.
